Maranatha Oil Services Limited (MOSL) is a wholly owned Ghanaian company operating within the petroleum downstream sector of Ghana. Incorporated in July 2012, MOSL commenced the importation and distribution of petroleum products as a licensed Bulk Distribution Company (BDC) in 2013. MOSL has over the period distributed over half a million metric tonnes of various refined petroleum onto the Ghanaian market via distribution partnership with key retail and marketing companies.

MOSL is one of the leading BDCs in Ghana and holds strategic supply relationship with Vitol Trading S.A., British Petroleum (BP), Trafigura. and MOCOH S.A. MOSL trades in all refined petroleum products including gasoline, gasoil, Marine Gas Oil (MGO), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) and Fuel Oil.
With a passionate, dynamic, and competent team, MOSL has consistently delivered value to its partners and stakeholders within the downstream value chain resulting in profitability and market share growth over the last couple of years. MOSL is the fourth largest importer and distributor in the petroleum downstream of Ghana with a market share of 7%, as of end of 2020.

The board and management of MOSL was reconstituted in July 2018 following changes in shareholding structure in June 2018. The new board and management have been structured to oversee the growth in market share and profitability.
