Elton Dusi is a highly qualified professional with experience in business development, commerce, oil trading and management within the downstream sector of the Oil & Gas industry.  Having working experience in the oil sector that spans 15 years, Elton has a solid grasp of the industry and has a depth understanding of the petroleum market.

Before assuming the role of Managing Director of MOSL in April 2019, Elton previously managed Ebony Oil & Gas, a multinational BDC for five years.
Prior to this, he has held top managerial roles in Ebony Oil and Gas and Oando Ghana. He is an entrepreneur and has developed and grown businesses within the oil sector.

He holds an MBA from GIMPA and a BSc. Chemical Engineering degree from KNUST. He is a director of several companies and is currently a member of the governing board of the Chamber of Bulk Oil Distributors, CBOD.

Desmond is an MSc, Economics holder from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST) with strong appreciation of economic analysis, risk assessment and business management. Desmond is also a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant, Ghana (ICAG) with over six years post qualification experience.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA). He has an impressive Finance, Accountancy, Taxation and Auditing career spanning a period of 10 years. He has gained professional experience in Finance and Accounting working for Morrison & Associates as Audit Senior and Financial Accountant for Ebony Oil and Gas Limited. With his five years’ experience with Ebony Oil and Gas Limited through various roles and finally as Head of Risk and Internal Control, Desmond has gained a lot knowledge in Ghana’s Oil and Gas industry with broad knowledge in Trade, Risk and Insurance. Desmond is currently the Head of Finance and Risk for Maranatha Oil Services Limited.

William is a successful professional with a wealth of skills gained in the downstream petroleum sector. He combines extensive industry experience gained from his long service in the industry with his personal commitment to succeed to drive customer satisfaction. 

He holds a degree in BSc Human Resource Management from the Regent University College of Science and Technology here in Ghana. He has an international Bunkering certificate from IBIA and Bunker Experience. He also has Technical Certification in Oil and Gas Operational Safety.

William worked with Ebony Oil and Gas Limited for over six years as the Head of Business Development responsible for Upstream Businesses, EHSQ and Corporate Communications.  He has a rich industry experience in operations and project management.

Prior to joining Ebony, William served as Retail Marketing Manager for Petrobay Oil Limited (OMC).

Michael Kofi Duku is a versatile sales professional with extensive knowledge and experience in petroleum downstream sales and distribution. He is a leader with exceptional communication, analytical and customer service skills. As Head of Sales and Commerce at Maranatha Oil Services Limited (MOSL), Michael is tasked with oversight responsibility of developing and implementing sales strategies that further the company’s agenda and drives enhanced revenue generation for the business.

Prior to joining the MOSL team, Michael served as Senior Key Account Manager at Ebony Oil and Gas Limited where he developed, maximised and maintained long term relationship with the company’s top tier clients.

Michael also worked at National Petroleum Authority with the UPPF department. He holds an MBA from Australian Institute of Business, Adelaide and BSc. Business Management from Wisconsin University College, Ghana.
